REBORN is on the hunt for a stand out Digital Account Director.
With a passion for building strong teams and successfully nurturing business relationships, you will consistently deliver high results for both the client and the agency.
Working closely with our Group Account Director, you will have a sound understanding of the digital sphere and enjoy working collaboratively as well as autonomously, to develop and execute successful digital strategies and campaigns.
- 5+ years experience in digital account management
- A proven track record of effectively managing digital projects, delivered on time and within budget
- Experience working across various projects types, including integrated campaigns, UX, website development, app development, CRM, social media, digital campaigns, mobile, online content and PR
- Ability to identify and communicate technical changes to technical/development teams
- Be comfortable leading a project from creative ideation through to completion, whilst working as part of a team
- A strategic mind with strong decision-making, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership & communication skills with a drive to inspire and develop junior team members
- A passion for growing new business opportunities
- A solid understanding of the importance of resource plans, timelines and budget scopes for digital campaigns
- Involvement in the development of strategic digital marketing plans and campaign strategies
- Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to excite clients and potential new busines
