ITP Accounting Professionals sought to stand out in the crowded tax services industry by reinforcing their position as a trusted and accessible provider. With diverse clients across Australia, from city professionals to regional workers, ITP needed a campaign that would resonate with various demographics while demonstrating the value of their personalised approach to tax services.

The campaign aimed to position ITP Accounting Professionals as a trusted tax service provider during the competitive EOFY period. By using a multi-platform strategy, it focused on increasing brand awareness, highlighting ITP’s expertise in tax returns for individuals and small businesses, and educating the audience on benefits like accuracy, compliance, and potential tax savings. The goal was to generate leads and inquiries from those interested in ITP’s services for the EOFY.

Our Approach
To achieve this, we developed a multi-platform awareness campaign designed to position ITP as a trusted, go-to tax service provider for both individuals and small businesses. The campaign highlighted ITP’s personalised approach through playful, real-life scenarios that reflected the diverse needs of Australian taxpayers—whether a busy parent managing finances, a small business owner seeking expert guidance, or a young taxpayer taking advantage of ITP’s $99 offer.
By integrating digital and traditional media, including DOOH, BVOD, paid social, YouTube, and search, we ensured maximum national reach and engagement across key audience segments. The campaign was strategically designed to drive measurable engagement and conversions, leveraging tailored messaging, clear calls to action, and compelling creative to encourage bookings.
With a focus on both brand awareness and direct response, the execution reinforced ITP’s credibility in a competitive market while making tax time easier, more accessible, and more rewarding for Australians.
The Rollout
The campaign was strategically launched across BVOD, digital radio, DOOH, and digital channels to maximise reach and engagement during the competitive tax season. BVOD placements ensured ITP’s message reached a broad audience, while DOOH billboards in high-traffic locations reinforced brand visibility. Targeted social and search ads, along with a suite of HTML5 banners, drove direct response by encouraging users to book an appointment with their local ITP office, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
